In the app

Press and hold any item in the list, or open it and choose Delete from archive. The item is removed from the servers and from every device signed in to that archive. This cannot be undone.

Freeing up the phone

Remove from device clears the local copy and frees the space at once, leaving the item in the archive. Anything you saved to your gallery or files is handled by the system from then on and has to be deleted there.

The whole archive

Write to privacy@velkomb.com from the app, or send the request together with the code the app shows under Connect archive, so we can tell which archive is yours. Everything in it is erased within 30 days; backups age out within another 30.

What is kept

Nothing about the deleted items. There are no accounts with names, email addresses or phone numbers to keep, and no advertising or analytics profiles.
